Job Description Summary:

ModMed is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst (Non-IT and Transformation) who is responsible for orchestrating high-impact vendor partnerships across professional services, marketing, HR, and facilities categories while simultaneously driving the functional modernization roadmap. This role acts as a strategic navigator for business owners, leveraging synced vendor intelligence to identify "smarter spending" opportunities and implementing high-speed procurement and contracting pathways that maximize ModMed's capital efficiency and operational agility.

Your Role:

  • Non-IT Procurement: Lead the end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and contract strategy efforts in all non-IT categories such as professional services, HR, facilities, marketing, etc.
  • Transformation Roadmap Execution: Lead various initiatives including data and digitization efforts and system implementations for the procurement function.
  • Vendor Intelligence and Analytics: Develop and leverage enterprise spend cube and performance analytics to proactively identify trends and opportunities.
  • Process Modernization: Collaborate with procurement teammates and stakeholders to invent new pathways that create operational agility while simplifying and modernizing the way teams engage and work with procurement.
  • Governance: Establish and enforce rules of engagement to drive stakeholder accountability and improve cycle times.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or Supply Chain.
  • 5+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Operations, or Management Consulting.
  • This position requires your ability to work in our Boca Raton, Florida headquarters.
  • Proficiency in Contract Management Systems (Evisort); advanced Excel/Data Visualization skills, proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP.
  • Proven ability to manage a $50M+ spend portfolio while simultaneously leading a transformation project, preferred.
  • Experience in High-Growth Tech, SaaS, or Healthcare/Life Sciences, preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
