Description

The role of the Service Technician is to provide professional service and support for customers by performing field service installation, startup, repairs and maintenance of products as needed.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
  • Manage all onsite tank installations, repairs, maintenance and test tasks.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
  • Operate vehicle in a safe manner.
  • Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
  • On call required for contaminations, marine and spills.
  • May travel out of town/state for projects.

Requirements

  • Must have valid driver's license with clean MVR.
  • CDL preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in fuel tank installation and maintenance PREFERRED
  • Must be able to meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical requirements
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
  • Ability to drive to various locations for necessary work.
  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
