In addition to virtual counseling sessions, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team in our outpatient office. We have implemented state-of-the-art electronic medical records (EMR) technology to streamline client management and enable seamless communication among team members, enhancing the overall client experience.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, formulating individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, creating a safe and supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, complying with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and practice.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Goodwell Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. Many of our clients face barriers to care, including socioeconomic factors or stigma. Your role will be instrumental in providing them with essential therapeutic support, empowerment, and a pathway to recovery. By leveraging your expertise in specialized areas, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• At least two years of clinical experience in counseling or a related setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cultivating rapport with a diverse client base.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficient in utilizing EMR software and other relevant technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Experience working with underrepresented populations or in community-based settings.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
