About the Role:
Join GOLDEN CIRCLE COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE as a PCA in Augusta, GA , where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our clients. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals in need of support.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the healthcare team.
  • Help clients with mobility and transportation needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Document care provided and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals.
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in a caregiving role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client care.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
