Packaging and Fulfillment Technician​ Made By A Farmer We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and organized Packaging and Fulfillment Technician to join our company, and to provide support for our production, inventory management and fulfillment activities. Experience working in a manufacturing or fulfillment environment is desired. The Technician will balance time between picking orders received through leaflink or inflow, shipping THC Orders by creating manifests for transfers within METRC, fulfill CBD orders both wholesale and online sales and weekly auditing final inventory of materials with Leaflink. Technicians will work closely with the Scheduling Department and the API Room to ensure successful and accurate product transfers. In addition, this role will also work with accounting department as well as transportation companies both within METRC and traditional freight. The Technician will ensure items are being packaged according to planned schedules and orders are being fulfilled and shipped in a timely manner. Technicians will work with inventory tracking software INFLOW, the state compliance software METRC and the THC ordering software Leaflink. As with all MBAF LLC employees you may be moved to assist with other tasks as needed.
Other Responsibilities may include: Palletizing orders for weekly / monthly shipments Ensure the department maintains a clean working environment. Sanitize workstation and tools. Properly preparing paperwork for transfers and completing work orders. Ensuring all product weights, containers, and jars are accounted for. Notifies supervisor of any product issues including damage or contamination Following General SOPs, Storage SOPs, Gramming and Boxing SOPs and Fulfillment SOPs. Communicates any performance or fulfillment concerns to supervisor. Tracking Monthly Orders Received and Shipped. Daily checking on Inflow and Leaflink for orders receive and picking of orders. Work diligently to ship orders within 24 hours of acceptance. Fill and assemble pre rolls, concentrates, and vapes. Online Order Fulfillment for CBD items. METRC fulfillment for THC transfers. Coordinating with Transportation, creating manifests and assembling invoices for order shipping. Shipping of non METRC items through normal distribution channels. Weekly Audits of Inventory versus Leaflink Listed Inventory Ensuring all materials leaving are compliantly labeled to meet state and national standards for THC or CBD products.
Job Requirements:
Requirements and Qualifications: Available to work: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm Working knowledge of state and local regulations and guidelines Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to pass a background check with no pending charges or convictions within the past 10 years for a controlled substance-related felony. Strong work ethic with repetitive tasks. Easy going and a team player with a small group. Keep a positive attitude onsite. Can stand or sit for long periods of time depending on the task. Strong Analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to form relationships. Strong and effective task-management skills and ability to multi-task. Proficient in METRC system. Attention to detail – ability to monitor production in process, packaging and labeling in a compliant manner. Follow all GMP, HACCP and Q/A processes in the facility. Maintain relevant training as new products are introduced.   Physical requirements: Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Use a computer proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Ability to accurately follow recipes and measurements. Ability to be trained in various activities, machines, and systems. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity. Communicate quality concerns to department managers. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all company standards, state policies and regulations.
