We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team! The Service Advisor serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a positive service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
  • Recommend necessary maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition
  • Prepare and explain repair orders, estimates, and invoices
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs
  • Keep customers informed of vehicle status and any changes to cost or completion time
  • Promote service specials, maintenance plans, and manufacturer recommendations
  • Maintain strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
  • Follow dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service is required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
  • Sales-oriented mindset with integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems CDK required
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving records
  • Day/Night Shift with rotating Saturdays
