Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new clients to determine their mental health needs and goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions that promote client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with all professional and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.

• Stay informed on current mental health trends, research, and best practices to ensure the highest level of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work as an LCSW will primarily focus on adults and adolescents navigating mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and various life stressors. Our diverse patient population reflects the broader community we serve, and you will have the chance to engage with clients from varied backgrounds, assisting them in achieving mental and emotional wellness.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Virginia.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Proven proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and trauma-informed care.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and peers effectively.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex clinical scenarios.

Preferred Experience
