In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of client-centered tasks that ensure the highest standards of mental health care:

To thrive in this role, we expect the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license (LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD) to practice as a mental health therapist.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal skills to formulate meaningful connections with clients and fellow team members.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Solid organizational and time-management competencies to manage client caseloads effectively.

While the foundational qualifications are essential, preference will be given to candidates with:

• Experience in delivering therapy across diverse settings, including private practices or community health organizations.
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
