About The Role
Review Ambassadors play a key role in collecting the reviews that power G2. You will be a dedicated on-site representative working the event floor to drive reviews at a vendor's software user conference. G2 captures written, voice, and chat review formats. This is an active, floor-based role. You'll initiate conversations with attendees rather than waiting for them to come to you.
Additional Details:
  • Review Ambassadors have a review submission goal specific to each event
  • Typical length per contract is 3-6 days
    • 1-2 Travel Days
    • 1-4 Conference/Event Days
  • Events are primarily located in the United States, but some are International Events
  • 1-3 Review Ambassadors are contracted for each G2 event booth
  • Travel & Expenses: Travel, lodging, and per diem are reimbursed by G2

In This Role, You Will:
  • Manage setup & teardown of the booth (includes light assembly, branding placement, and communicating with vendors if assistance is needed)
  • Ensure the equipment and survey are working properly and ready for review gathering
  • Encourage event attendees to leave a review
  • Facilitate the review process; answer any questions, and troubleshoot issues as they arise on laptops, mobile, monitors, or Wi-Fi
  • Give kudos and swag to reviewers upon completing a review

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience working at event, conference, or trade show booths with 100 - 20,000 attendees
  • Proven record of achieving target goals based on attendee actions (form submission, sign-ups, etc.)
  • Comfortable troubleshooting on-site tech issues (Wi-Fi, AV, browser/app hiccups) with limited support
  • Willing to travel to events as needed. If interested in international events, a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally are required
  • English speaking fluency at least at a Business Professional level
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 30 lbs during setup/teardown
