This position is a perfect fit for professionals with insurance experience who want to further expand their knowledge, sharpen their sales abilities, and develop long-term client partnerships within the Farmers Insurance network.
About the Role
As an Agent Apprentice, you'll provide tailored insurance solutions to clients and receive hands-on business and sales training alongside seasoned industry experts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Actively pursue and secure new clients through prospecting, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct detailed insurance reviews to align coverage with each client's unique needs
  • Present and promote Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
