This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your home or any location that suits you. Utilizing telehealth platforms, you will engage with clients through virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for both you and your clients. • Provide individual therapy to adult clients, adapting therapy modalities to suit specific situations and client preferences.
  • Conduct therapy sessions exclusively through telehealth, ensuring providers and clients can securely connect in a virtual space.
  • Respond to crisis situations as needed, providing immediate support and interventions to clients experiencing acute distress.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to remain current with industry best practices, enhancing your skill set and effectiveness as a mental health professional.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily consist of adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other psychological concerns. By establishing trust and rapport swiftly through virtual sessions, you will facilitate a safe and open environment, allowing clients to explore their thoughts and feelings effectively.

Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with diverse clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy remote environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar outpatient therapy setting is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy technologies and platforms.
  • Experience in developing treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on your caseload and level of experience. Our organization also offers a comprehensive health benefits package that includes dental and vision coverage, therapist liability insurance, and a retirement savings plan with company matching. Enjoy the freedom of flexible scheduling, opportunities for part-time work if desired, and an abundance of client referrals to help you build your practice smoothly.
