Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and appropriate treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual, family, marriage, and group therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique situation and therapeutic goals.
  • Perform mental health screenings to identify pain points and critical areas for intervention.
  • Establish trusting, empathetic, and supportive relationships with clients, fostering a safe space for open dialogue.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and practices.
  • Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is required.
  • Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State is mandatory.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in providing therapy to individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including conducting individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Proficiency in counseling theories, techniques, and evidence-based best practices, particularly in addressing complex cases involving co-occurring disorders.
