Position: Training Development Manager

Status: Full-Time | Exempt

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Training Development Manager to support learning and development initiatives across our Family of Brands. This role is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and enhancing training opportunities that strengthen credit expertise, sales effectiveness, leadership capabilities, and overall banking knowledge.

The ideal candidate is passionate about employee development, highly organized, and skilled at managing multiple training initiatives simultaneously. This position serves as a key partner to brand leadership, trainers, and third-party vendors to ensure team members have access to high-quality learning experiences that support both individual growth and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage training programs across all brands within the organization, leveraging both internal and third-party training resources.
  • Maintain a centralized training calendar and ensure alignment of training schedules across brands.
  • Track required and recommended training activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records.
  • Partner with brand leaders and trainers to identify training needs in areas including:
    • Credit and lending skills
    • Sales and business development
    • Leadership development
    • Banking and financial services knowledge
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend training programs, vendors, and learning opportunities that align with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate training enrollment and participation, ensuring team members complete required training programs.
  • Provide guidance, resources, and developmental support to brand-level trainers, including train-the-trainer initiatives.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of enterprise-wide training projects and special learning initiatives.
  • Monitor participation rates and completion metrics and prepare training reports for leadership.
  • Ensure a consistent and organized approach to learning and development while accommodating brand-specific needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external training partners and vendors.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and employee growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Company's mission and strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
  • Ability to analyze training needs and recommend effective learning solutions.
  • Experience working with external vendors and training providers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial services or banking industry experience.
  • Experience supporting multi-location or multi-brand organizations.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training best practices.
  • Experience facilitating train-the-trainer programs or developing trainers.
