At 15 to Fit Method™ Pilates, we're looking for energetic, coachable, and people-focused individuals to join our growing team. Whether you're already teaching Pilates or come from a fitness, athletic, dance, or coaching background, we can provide the specialized training and certification you need to become a successful 15 to Fit Method™ Pilates Instructor.

This is an on-site position located in Mooresville, NC.

About 15 to Fit Method™ Pilates

15 to Fit Method™ Pilates is a premier Pilates and fitness training studio specializing in Pilates equipment training, suspension training, and bodyweight conditioning. We provide private, semi-private, and small group sessions (7 participants or fewer) in a supportive, motivating environment where clients build strength, confidence, and long-term wellness habits.

Founded by Patrea Aeschliman, Balanced Body Master Instructor, our studio is committed to developing both clients and instructors. As we continue to grow, we're looking for team members who want to grow with us.

What You'll Do

As a Pilates Instructor, you'll:

  • Lead engaging Pilates and fitness sessions for individuals and small groups.
  • Deliver safe, effective workouts using Pilates equipment and suspension training systems.
  • Create personalized programming based on client goals, abilities, and progress.
  • Build positive relationships that inspire clients to stay consistent and motivated.
  • Perform client assessments and track progress over time.
  • Collaborate with fellow instructors to enhance programming and client experiences.
  • Maintain studio equipment and ensure a clean, professional environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and instructor development opportunities.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one fitness-related certification, course, or training program.
