Key Responsibilities
Client Service Support
• Deliver prompt, professional service to clients and support strong relationship management
• Respond to requests for certificates, evidence of insurance, and policy documentation
• Assist with billing inquiries and cancellation notices
• Maintain a 24-hour turnaround standard for service requests
Processing & Policy Servicing
• Process endorsements, policy changes, and routine service requests
• Prepare certificates, auto ID cards, and related documentation
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the agency management system
Renewal Preparation
• Assemble pre-renewal materials including exposure updates and loss runs
• Prepare and submit renewal applications to carriers
• Support renewal review and proposal preparation
Remarketing & New Business Support
• Assist with remarketing efforts and submission preparation
• Communicate with underwriters for quotes and updates
• Support development of new business proposals and presentations
Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate and organized client files
• Ensure compliance with agency procedures and regulatory standards
• Manage suspense items and follow-ups within the system
Required Qualifications
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• 2+ years of insurance-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
