We areseekinga reliable and detailorientedTrustandEstates Legal Assistantto support our TrustandEstates attorneys in theConcord, New Hampshire office. This full-time, on-site, roleis well suited for a candidate with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a clientfocused practice that involves estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daytoday administrative support to TrustandEstates attorneys
  • Prepare, proofread, and format routine legal documents and correspondence related to estate planning and probate matters
  • Assistwith the preparation and filing of probate documents with New Hampshire courts
  • Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate deadlines
  • Handle client communications in a professional, courteous, and confidential manner
  • Open andmaintainclient files, both electronic and physical,in accordance withfirm procedures
  • Coordinate document execution, notarizations, and client signatures
  • Assistwith billing, time entry, and expense processing as needed
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry

RequiredQualifications:
