Living Innovations is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Billing Specialist to support our mission of serving others. In this role, you will manage essential data entry, electronic document filing, and provide exceptional customer service to our staff and the individuals we support. Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality phone and in-office support; champion the agency's mission and values.
  • Electronically file billing documents, track missing items in a log, and review time details to report personnel/subcontractor changes.
  • Upload weekly records of client services and maintain active and archived authorization files.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and handle all confidential information with strict discretion.
