Customer Service Representative

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Location: Acworth, GA 30101
Experience: 2+ years in Customer Service Representative with experience in QuickBooks.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and orders regarding products and services.
  • Order entry.
  • Resolve customer complaints via email or over the phone.
  • Light follow up on customer payment status.
  • Creating documents.
  • Using QuickBooks desktop version, MS Excel, and MS Word on a daily basis.


Customer Service Representative Skills:
