Job description

The purpose of this role is to provide retail banking services to both consumer and commercial customers, delivering high-quality customer service while supporting the Bank's goals and policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in banking and consumer lending (experience level may vary)
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong preference for candidates with prior banking experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish long-term customer relationships
  • Customer service skills demonstrating professionalism and compassion
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Interview customers to determine loan needs for consumer products such as auto loans and personal unsecured loans
