We are seeking an experienced and professional Assistant Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our APPS Paramedical Services program. This role coordinates mobile paramedical cases, supports field staff, and oversees administrative workflows to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage paramedical cases, scheduling, and daily operations.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, referral sources, and examiners.
  • Oversee office operations, supplies, equipment, and vendor services.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
