Proposal and Marketing Production Intern

Hourly Rate: $21.20-$28.40

Do you enjoy layout, organization, and turning content into clean, professional deliverables? WEBB is looking for a Proposal and Marketing Production Intern to support our Business Development and Marketing team. This role offers handson experience assembling proposals, preparing presentations, and supporting marketing production efforts using established templates and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble proposal layouts in Adobe InDesign using established templates and direction from Proposal Managers.
  • Prepare initial proposal layouts ("25% submissions") to support proposal teams.
  • Update and organize resumes and project profiles in OpenAsset.
  • Create production graphics for social media and internal communications using existing templates.
  • Build PowerPoint presentations from provided outlines and content.
  • Support BD/M workflows by improving production efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structure and templates
  • Organized, reliable, and deadlineoriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with asset management systems (e.g., OpenAsset)
  • Interest in proposal development or professional services marketing
