Events Production Intern (Fall/Winter)Job Description

Axis is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Event Production Intern to help execute our busy events schedule through the spring and summer of 2026 at our Americas' headquarters in Chelmsford, MA. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about exploring the technical aspects and logistical coordination of event execution.

This is an Onsite paid full/part-time internship based out of our Chelmsford, MA office. Hourly rate is: $18/hr (non-negotiable).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing event logistics for assigned events or conferences.

  • Acquire knowledge of tradeshow event processes and the behind-the-scenes steps required to execute a successful event.

  • Provide support in technology preparation for exhibits, including firmware updates and baseline product configurations.

  • Prepare and maintain event materials related to assigned events.

  • Organize event feedback and suggestions for future improvements.

  • Coordinate event registration and show services to ensure a seamless staff experience throughout the event.
