Job description

Job Summary:
The Media Production Intern will support the creation of video, photography, and digital content for Bandit's marketing, dealer development, recruiting, and customer engagement initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in content production while assisting with the planning, capture, editing, organization, and distribution of media assets. The Media Production Intern will work closely with the media production and marketing teams to develop content that supports Bandit and its dealer network across a variety of platforms, with an increasing focus on social media and dealer-focused content. They will adhere to all Bandit safety, quality, inventory and production guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with video and photography projects for marketing, dealer development, recruiting, and customer communications.
  • Capture photo and video content in both office and field environments.
  • Assist with editing video content for social media, dealer marketing initiatives, websites, and promotional campaigns.
  • Create short-form social media content from existing and newly captured footage.
  • Assist with organizing, tagging, and maintaining digital media assets and project files.
  • Support production logistics, equipment preparation, and on-location content creation activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and media production personnel to develop content ideas and storytelling approaches.
  • Ensure content aligns with Bandit brand standards and messaging objectives.
  • Learn and apply best practices in video production, photography, social media content creation, and visual storytelling.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Pursuing a degree or interested in a career in Media Production, Digital Media, Marketing, Broadcasting or a related field.
  • Interest in video production, photography, content creation, and digital storytelling.
  • Basic familiarity with cameras, editing software, and social media platforms.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while accepting coaching and direction.
  • Portfolio or examples of creative work preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequently sit for extended periods of time
  • Occasionally stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, pinch, grasp, and/or bend
  • Requires employee to occasionally work both inside/outside in heat/cold, and/or wet/humid conditions.
