Description
General Purpose:
The Productions Coordinator serves under the Senior Director of Productions and is responsible for executing the production vision of the church by creating excellent, distraction-free environments where people can encounter the presence of God. This role leads all technical and production elements to support worship experiences, ministry events, and creative initiatives with clarity, consistency, and excellence.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Assist with audio, video, lighting, and service production needs
  • Support the setup, execution, and teardown of services and events
  • Help coordinate volunteers and production schedules
  • Maintain and organize production equipment
  • Support the Director of Production in day-to-day operations

  • A mature follower of Jesus Christ with a passion for helping people connect and grow
  • Alignment with the doctrine, values, and culture of the church
  • Servant-hearted leadership, relational warmth, and strong interpersonal skills

Professional Qualifications
  • Experience in live production environments (church experience preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and broadcast systems
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced, live environments
  • Heart for ministry and alignment with the mission and values of the church

What You Are Required to Know:
  • We are an EEO employer.
  • This is a full-time (40 hours/week) non-exempt position.
  • This role requires presence during weekend services, production meetings, creative planning sessions, and church events, along with regular office hours and occasional extended hours for major projects or events.
