Job Description:

  • Troubleshoot complex application and environmental issues

  • Monitor Alerts, batch jobs, data loads, and integrations
  • Maintain automation, standard operating procedures, and changing logs
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and development teams to resolve incidents
