Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)
Accent Countertops – Salt Lake City, UT
Full-Time | 2nd Shift

About the Role
We’re hiring a Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations in Salt Lake City. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on warehouse or production experience who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and keeping operations running efficiently and safely.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating workflow, supporting your team, and ensuring products move smoothly from production to delivery.

Founded in 1985, Accent Countertops specializes in the fabrication and installation of granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops.
With a 40,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Murray, Utah, and operations in Reno, Nevada, we’ve built a reputation as a trusted leader in countertop design, fabrication, and installation across the region.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support production and warehouse team members during 2nd shift
  • Coordinate daily workflow across receiving, production, and shipping
  • Load, unload, and move materials safely using forklifts and equipment
  • Oversee preparation of finished goods for installation and delivery
  • Maintain an organized and efficient shipping and receiving area
  • Monitor inventory and track in-transit materials
  • Plan and coordinate deliveries, including communication with the Reno branch
  • Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained and operating safely
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, timecards, and performance reviews

What You Bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role (warehouse or production preferred)
  • 3+ years of hands-on warehouse or material handling experience
  • Experience with loading, receiving, and inventory processes
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
  • Forklift and/or overhead crane certification (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license (air brake endorsement a plus)
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and stay active throughout the shift
