A day in the life:

As an Inventory Supervisor at Monster Energy, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our exciting lifestyle brands, such as Monster Green, Monster Ultra, Bang, Reign, and more. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all Warehouse Inventory Control Processes and maintaining accurate records per company policies. You'll lead and assist with the physical count process and inventory reconciliation, ensuring that the dynamic and high-energy environment of Monster Energy continues to thrive. Your role is crucial in supporting the distribution of our popular energy drinks, contributing to the ongoing success and excitement surrounding our products.  

The impact you'll make:
  • Lead, assist, and direct activities with the physical counts to ensure accurate inventory levels. Assist in the research of inventory discrepancies discovered and ensure resolution if possible. Ensure all required inventory documentation and processes are completed, reviewed, and filed appropriately.
  • Analyze Inventory information to determine trends and processes impacting inventory control, and communicate findings.
  • Train and lead personnel, evaluate processes striving for continuous improvements. Support, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results by communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines.
  • Communicate identified process improvements with warehouse management, operations, and other departments.
  • Engage and develop teammates through effective on-the-job coaching and training, including all other-directed tasks as instructed by leadership.
Who you are:
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in leading teams, managing warehouse operations, and
    utilizing inventory software
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook. Experience
    using SAP and Smartsheet
