Project Coordinator – Direct Hire

 Are you a highly organized professional who enjoys coordinating projects, managing schedules, and keeping operations running smoothly? We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join a growing electrical prefabrication team.

 This Direct Hire opportunity offers long-term career growth, competitive benefits, and the chance to play a key role in supporting production, project execution, and operational efficiency. As a Project Coordinator, you will serve as the primary link between project teams, field operations, procurement, and prefabrication production, helping ensure materials, labor, and schedules align to meet project deadlines.

 Project Coordinator Duties: 
• Manage prefabrication project intake, review requests for completeness, and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
 • Coordinate labor, materials, procurement, and production activities to support efficient workflow and minimize bottlenecks. 
• Track material orders, inventory needs, and vendor performance to ensure material readiness aligns with production timelines. 
• Support estimating, cost tracking, and reporting by assisting with labor estimates, material takeoffs, and performance analysis
. • Serve as the primary communication link between project teams, field operations, and production while driving process improvements and operational efficiency. 

Schedule: Day Shift with OT as Needed 

Pay: $70K- $75K

 Project Coordinator Requirements: 

• Previous experience in project coordination, construction, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or production planning environments. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience working with project tracking or ERP systems. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
 • Experience with estimating, material planning, procurement, inventory management, or electrical construction/prefabrication is preferred.
