Greenwood Fabricating & Plating is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused
Production Planning Manager to lead scheduling and production coordination activities in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do
- Manage production scheduling and planning activities to meet customer delivery commitments
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure material availability and production readiness
- Monitor production timelines and proactively address scheduling delays or bottlenecks
- Communicate lead times, order updates, and scheduling information to customers and internal teams
- Maintain and adjust production schedules based on changing priorities and customer demands
- Help drive efficiency improvements within production planning and scheduling processes
- Coordinate outside services and vendors to ensure project timelines stay on track
- Support inventory control and material flow activities
- Assist with special projects, rework scheduling, and production issue resolution
- Participate in production and scheduling meetings with internal teams and customers
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing scheduling, production planning, customer service, or operations coordination, other levels of experience may be evaluated
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Sage, Syteline, Visual, Oracle, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Prior experience with inventory control and production planning preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
