Job description for Production operators:
  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment
  • Follow all safety, food safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times
  • Monitor equipment operation and report issues or unsafe conditions promptly
  • Record production data, equipment settings, and process deviations accurately
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas
  • Conduct basic visual quality inspections and report defects immediately
  • Support production needs by assisting in other areas or operating different machines as required
  • Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all workplace policies
Requirements for Production operators:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to follow safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards
  • Basic math, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
