Position Overview:


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of manufacturing equipment, including forklifts, pumps, pressurized vessels, and other machinery, to convert raw materials into finished chemical products. Your expertise will ensure the safe, efficient, and quality production of our specialty chemicals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor various manufacturing equipment, including forklifts, pumps, and pressurized vessels, ensuring the production process adheres to specified parameters.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  • Handle raw materials and finished products in compliance with safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Record and report production data accurately, maintaining detailed logs of operations, maintenance, and safety incidents.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve production issues, optimizing processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training sessions, contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement in the workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Production Operator in a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with operating forklifts, pumps, pressurized vessels, and other manufacturing equipment.
