This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Production Operator – 3rd Shift
Location: Oldsmar, FL 34677
Pay: $21.38 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday |10:45PM-6:45AM
Responsibilities:
• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to established procedures
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
• Perform routine inspections of products and materials
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operator, assembly, forklift, or warehouse experience preferred
• Abilbty to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Basic computer and documentation skills preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
