ABOUT THE JOB
  • In Versailles, we take pride in specializing in world-class hydraulic couplings, known for their exceptional quality and reliability.
  • Our process begins with carefully selected raw metal components and materials, which are heat-treated, electroplated, bent, staked, and packed with care before being shipped to our valued customers worldwide.
  • As a Production Operator, you'll spend your day operating various manufacturing equipment in a supportive and collaborative team environment, contributing to the creation of high-quality products.
  • Shifts available:
    • Evening Shift (3 PM - 11 PM)
    • Night Shift (11 PM - 7 AM)

ABOUT YOU
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous manufacturing, mechanical, or chemical-handling experience preferred
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
  • Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction
  • Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Temperatures may vary in accordance with weather conditions and may be extreme. Gates is managed in compliance with OSHA guidelines and requires all employees to wear steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
