Overview
The Production Operator is responsible for operating the machinery required for the production of solar panel products.
Responsibilities
  • Work in strict accordance with the requirements according to the process SOP, using the skills acquired during training.
  • Responsible for the sanitation and cleanliness of the work area and surrounding areas and the standard placement of items.
  • Work seriously and responsibly, behave, and dress in compliance with company rules and regulations.
  • Complete machine production capacity indicators as required and actively strive to ensure superior product quality and output.
  • Before each shift, hand over the machine status, raw materials, work-in-progress, and tooling fixtures and provide machine status report.
  • Check the product quality of the previous process and monitor current process.
  • Complete the production registration for each time period, summarize any abnormal impacts and report to the team leader in a timely manner.
  • Participate in company safety training, identify hazard sources, understand emergency procedures, and implement production safety during the manufacturing process.
  • Complete any other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to quickly learn job-specific skills, including basic office equipment and company software.
  • Ability to read and understand basic numbers, measurements, and written instructions.
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced production environment.
