Location: Lebanon, OH
We are seeking experienced Production Operators to join our growing manufacturing team in Lebanon, Ohio. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive pay, career advancement opportunities, and a rotating 2-2-3 schedule that provides every other weekend off.
          Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
  • Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
  • 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
  • Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts available

Job Summary
As a Production Operators, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining industrial machinery to ensure safe and efficient production. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing quality work while following all safety procedures.
Responsibilities
  •  Set up and operate production machinery 
  •  Perform routine machine inspections and preventative maintenance checks 
  •  Monitor equipment to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime 
  •  Calibrate and adjust machines as needed 
  •  Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met 
  •  Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report mechanical concerns 
  •  Load raw materials into machines and monitor production output 
  •  Maintain accurate production, quality, and downtime records 
  •  Follow all company safety policies and procedures 
  •  Maintain a clean and organized work area 
Qualifications
  •  High school diploma or GED required 
  •  Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred 
  •  Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues 
  •  Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, schematics, or technical manuals is preferred
