Are you an experienced Production Operator, Chemical Operator, Process Operator, Plant Operator, Manufacturing Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Military Veteran looking for a stable career with advancement opportunities? Salary Range: Starting at $24.00/hour + Shift Differential

This range reflects the base salary for this role. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and internal equity.

What You'll Do

Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment
Load raw materials into manufacturing systems
Follow production formulas and batch sheets
Conduct product quality testing
Record production and inventory data
Support preventative maintenance
Maintain a clean and safe work environment


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Mechanical aptitude
Basic computer skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime

Manufacturing, production, maintenance, military, or industrial experience strongly preferred
