Education: High School Diploma (Required)
Salary: $24.50 Hourly
Shift/Schedule: 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday
Background: Candidates must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen (No Exceptions)
Experience: Candidates must have at least 5 years' Warehouse experience. 3-5 years' Warehouse Leadership experience is required. Candidates will lead 10-12 people at a time.

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Lead oversees multiple areas of the warehouse, including but not limited to quality, load consolidation, inventory, SAP system activities, training, mix room operations and warehouse operations flow to ensure efficient, safe, and productive handling. This role is co-responsible for supervising warehouse staff, coordinating logistics, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead warehouse staff including training, scheduling, and KPI performance management.
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, on time, and properly documented.
  • Maintain organization of the warehouse including layout optimization and cleanliness.
  • Monitor inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Enforce safety and health regulations in compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track goods and manage workflows.
  • Communicate and coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams.
  • Resolve issues related to delays, inventory discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions.
  • Generate reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and employee performance.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with 3+ year in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Experience with SAP, WMS and/or ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Requires standing, lifting, and operating machinery.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work during peak times
