Location: Sparta, MI Shift: 6pm-6am Pay: $19 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a Blender/Mixer to join our team in Sparta, MI. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our operations as the starting point of the manufacturing process by organizing and blending ingredients according to strict guidelines in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Blender/Mixer, your key responsibilities will include organizing and blending ingredients following established production processes, accurately measuring and mixing materials while following step-by-step instructions, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Additionally, you may be asked to assist with maintaining cleanliness and supporting production operations as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: Ability to stand throughout the shift, ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift, ability to read and follow detailed instructions, and strong math skills.
Skills: Attention to detail to ensure accurate ingredient measurements and mixing, organization skills to maintain workflow efficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while following strict guidelines.
