Job description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Production Machinist at Valley Machining in Rock Valley, IA. As a Production Machinist, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process by operating and maintaining precision machinery to create high-quality parts and components. Positions of need include operation of Screw Machines or CNC Lathes, either on Day shift or Night shift, depending on applicant qualifications and availability (Night shift positions include a $4 per hour shift premium).

No experience? No Problem - we will train you to build the skills needed to succeed and grow in this role!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and a keen eye for detail. You should be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, set up and program machines, and perform quality checks on finished products. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently are also essential for success in this role.
