Job description

Job Title: Warehouse/Production Operator 
Location: Casper, WY 
Pay: $18/HR
Hours: Monday–Thursday 6:30AM-5PM Friday 6:30AM-3PM Rotating Saturdays Required - Overtime Required 

Adecco is assisting a local client in the search for a Warehouse/Production Operator for a full-time, day-shift position. This role supports manufacturing and warehouse operations through hands-on production work, equipment operation, quality inspection, and packaging of finished goods. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure consistent quality and efficiency 

  • Perform surface preparation and finishing processes using automated machinery 

  • Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools and visual checks to verify specifications 

  • Package, label, and stage finished products according to work orders 

  • Track production output and materials using logs and computer-based systems 

  • Perform basic equipment adjustments and report maintenance needs 

  • Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures within the warehouse and production areas 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred 

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail 

  • Ability to read measurements and use basic inspection tools 

  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs 

  • Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking 

Work Environment: 

  • Indoor, climate-controlled warehouse and production setting 

  • Required use of personal protective equipment 


Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
