  • 2nd Shift - $16.00/hr.  - 2nd Shift 3:30 pm-12:00 am.

Our Line Packers are responsible for packaging our finished product into various types of containers.

Purpose:
The Line Packer is responsible for the packaging of products into the various types of containers to be distributed to our customers that are not only safe to eat but meet all customer and internal specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Complete training on assigned processes and procedures in your role by following the direction of your trainer.
  • Attend and be on time for all pre-shift production meetings.
  • Participation and adherence to all food safety and safety programs.
  • Completion of assigned Alchemy courses that are required throughout the year.
  • Ensure that all product is packaged in the correct packaging.
  • Ensure that all packaging information is correct.
  • Ensure that all utensils, equipment, and work area is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
  • Monitor automated equipment to verify it is functioning properly and if there is an issue, report any issues to your leader.
  • Effectively communicate all relevant information to other production shifts and employees.
  • Immediately report any food safety and quality problems to Management.
  • Ensure the area is prepared and cleaned for the next shift.

Skills/Work Experience Needed:
  • Must be able to understand and follow directions and pass all Food Safety and Safety courses in the English language (Required).
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (Required).

Work Environment:
  • Production areas can vary in temperature either cool or warm depending on the season and possibly humid in the summer months.
  • Concrete floors are slippery, especially when wet.
