Location: Owens Corning – Springfield, TN
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay rate: $19.00 p/h
Interview: On-site with Hiring Manager
Position Summary
Support production operations by assisting machine operators, handling materials, packaging products, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
• Assist with production line operations and machine support.
• Inspect, sort, assemble, package, and label products.
• Move materials and finished goods to designated areas.
• Maintain production, quality, and safety standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Report safety, quality, or equipment concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
