Job Summary:

Our Utility Washroom Associate will Assist in all activities associated with the packaging of products, machine break downs, machine set ups and parts washing. To ensure production assignments are met in a timely manner.

  • Location: Johnson City, TN

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:

    • Complete all sanitization and required documentation.
    • Assist in keeping all equipment logbooks up to date.
    • Assure all utensils are cleaned and washed after use.
    • Keep area neat and orderly.
    • Keep production process flowing smoothly, helping as needed on production line.
    • Inventory all machine parts each month.
    • Assist in serialization and filling operations as needed.
    • Comply with all cGMP procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Clean and sanitize processing equipment, preventing cross contamination of products.
    • Prioritization of cleaning equipment, machine parts as directed by packaging supervisor.
    • Knowledge of disassembling and assembling fillers at each line.
    • Assemble and disassemble packaging pumps used at packaging lines.
    • Operates and maintains CUDA parts washer.
    • Perform all duties requested by the supervisor as needed.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift approximately 50-80 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
