Job description

Packaging Line Associate
Schedule:

Monday–Friday, additional overtime as needed
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM


Join a fast-paced team at a leading local charcoal manufacturer. This is a full-time, hands-on production role in a dusty but rewarding manufacturing environment. Ideal for individuals who are dependable, physically strong, and looking for steady work.


Responsibilities

  • Stack bags of charcoal weighing 8-60 lbs. (average 50 lbs.)
  • Operate folding and baling equipment to compress and package product
  • Perform hand baling, including sealing and moving bags
  • Complete general clean-up to maintain a safe, organized work area
  • Rotate between positions throughout the shift to reduce strain and support production flow


Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 60 lbs. regularly and work at a steady physical pace
  • Must be able to work in dusty environments
    • Not suitable for individuals with severe asthma, respiratory conditions, or dust sensitivity
  • Must pass a drug test and background check
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance history
  • Steel toe shoes required
