You'll work in a clean manufacturing facility in Smyrna producing cosmetic products that are distributed across the country. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to build your experience with a growing company.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire 
Steady weekly pay, a clear path to permanent placement, and the chance to build long-term manufacturing experience with a growing company.

Production Associate Job Duties:
  • Operate and monitor production line equipment
  • Inspect products for quality and consistency
  • Package finished goods according to standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (occasional overtime)

Pay: $16 per hour

Production Associate Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for a full shift
