Job description

The Production Line Lead oversees a small team of 5-10 members in a continuous flow manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining safety compliance. The lead directs workflow coordination, monitors standard machinery, leads all training sessions for new employees, and drives process improvements to optimize efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of 5-10 production staff
  • Ensure product quality through rigorous quality control measures
  • Maintain safety compliance across the production line
  • Coordinate workflow to meet production targets efficiently
  • Monitor standard machinery operation and report equipment issues
