Job description

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is seeking dedicated professionals for an immediate Production Associate opening for our client located in Jackson, TN.

Pay $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Shifts: 6:00AM - 6:00PM or 6:00PM - 6:00AM

Responsibilities:

    •    Verify the count, look at, and manage the product, as required by nature, to determine the grade and identify substandard products as they pass down the conveyor line. 
    •    Place rejected products and individual grades of products in designated piles, containers, or areas. Add supplemental products to bring the original product to specifications.
    •    Notify the Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues. 
    •    Rotate through various positions on the line.
    •    May be directed to assist in other plant areas as production demands require.
    •    Maintain a safe and clean work area.
    •    Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices.
    •    Must wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as provided.
    •    Perform other duties and assignments as required following SOP.
