Customer Experience Rep(Manufacturing Accounts)

Dynamic Dies – Holland, OH (Full-Time)

Dynamic Dies is growing, and we're adding a Customer Experience Rep to support manufacturing accounts. If you enjoy working directly with customers, managing details, and seeing projects come to life from order to finished product-this could be a great fit.

This is a full-time, on-site role offering competitive pay based on experience, along with a strong benefits package and a team-focused environment.

Why Dynamic Dies?

Dynamic Dies has been a trusted name in the corrugated packaging industry since 1971. What started as a small operation has grown into a multi-location manufacturing company with facilities in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Indiana.

Our Toledo-area location serves as both a production hub and corporate office, supporting customers across the region. We're proud of our long-tenured team, strong workplace culture, and recognition as a Top Workplace.

We believe in doing things the right way-supporting our employees, delivering quality to our customers, and building long-term relationships on both sides.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for a designated group of customers, helping manage their orders from initial request through production.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Entering and managing customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Preparing quotes and following up on customer requests
  • Communicating with customers via email and phone to provide updates and support
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders move smoothly through production
  • Troubleshooting issues and helping resolve questions related to orders or timelines

Every project is custom, so you'll be balancing multiple priorities while learning something new along the way.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or a similar role
  • Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and similar tools)
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Schedule
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Occasional overtime based on customer needs

What You'll Get
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Medical and dental benefits
  • Employee events, team activities, and company perks
  • A supportive, team-oriented environment with long-term career potential

Interested?

If you're looking for a role where you can make an impact, work with a great team, and grow your career in a manufacturing environment-we'd love to connect.

Apply today to join Dynamic Dies in Holland, Ohio.
