Purpose: Manages manufacturing holds process, ensures accurate order documentation, and coordinates with internal teams
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the order lifecycle from purchase order (PO) placement through production release and shipment, ensuring accurate records in the ERP system (Sage).
  • Own the manufacturing holds process, including: daily status reporting, maintaining accurate records in Sage and on the internal holds board, and communicating status changes and potential shipping delays to internal teams and customers
  • Manage the contract review process from initiation through completion, including: ensuring order information and documentation is accurate, securing required approvals ahead of ship dates, and serving as point of contact for contract review questions
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, schedule changes, and delivery commitments
  • Maintain customer prints and specification sheets by ensuring information is accurate and documented appropriately.
  • Coordinate with department leads to assess feasibility of expedited or delayed ship date requests and communicate resulting commitments to internal and external customers
  • Support cross-functional communication between sales, operations, quality, and customer throughout the production process.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Credentials and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Sage X3 or similar ERP preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • At least two years of related experience and familiarity with manufacturing
