Job description

Overview

Works closely with Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality and Engineering to ensure production orders are adequately released and scheduled to support customer requirements as well as various other duties in support of customer requirements. Will serve as Program Manager for intercompany account. Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:

Responsibilities

Review and analyze MRP requirements and release work orders. Facilitate all transactions related to PMC interco work; posting PO's, receiving PO's, releasing work orders, shipping in WASI AX, receiving in PMC, and coordinating transport of parts as required. Coordinate with Program Management, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure release strategies are set in accordance with quoting/build strategies

Attend and lead meetings as required

Monitor and work action messages aligning dates in both PMC and WASI system

Perform order splits, reductions and increases as required

Monitor and adjust MRP settings as necessary

Monitor and resolve MRP transactional/system issues

Ensure safety guidelines and company safety policies are being followed

Consistently acts in accordance with business professionalism principles including during business hours, at company events, meetings, off-site meetings, audits, etc.

Consistently provides professional business communications to internal and external customers, staff, peers and company leadership

Serve as backup for production flow and the manager of production control as required
